A special recognition was also granted to a leading VC championing deeptech across Africa and beyond.
The application pool will be refined to identify the top 60 startups, while 10-15 leading venture capital firms will be shortlisted.
The 60 selected startups will undergo rigorous evaluation, narrowing down to 9 exceptional finalists.
Winners will be unveiled and celebrated at DTS 2025! Two standout startups, one Most Promising African Startup, and one VC winner will be recognized.
